Our community-driven events are designed to bring people together through magical experiences, and your participation as a volunteer plays a critical role in making this free to attend event happen. Whether you can spare just a few hours or commit year-round, you’ll be part of an extraordinary team dedicated to crafting unforgettable moments for our community.

We have two levels of volunteers.
We have 3 levels of volunteers:
Year Round Staff - Working year-round to bring Swords Brooms & Magical Beasts to you! They’re typically dedicated to an individual department or function.
Day of Event Staff - Volunteers who only work during the event. They're essential to us being able to put on this free for the community to attend event.
Join the Cast! - Volunteers opportunities are available for actors, street performers, cosplayers, historical reenactors, musicians, singers, dancers, and stage acts too!
